RockAfella Gym

I went to the gym for my second times. I really not sure about how many times. I went to Rockafella with my colleagues and my students. Rockafella was being located at Gombak.

We paid RM8 for exercise using all electrical machines and non-electrical machines. I tried to built my body but not changed so much. My shoulder muscles got pain. Really pain. I exercised almost 2 hours. Then we rested for awhile and had lunch at the restaurant.

I lazy go to the gym for every two weeks although I plan this.
